- 6 eggs
- 200 g of smoked mackerel fillet
- Half a lime juice
- 20 g of Kikkoman Ponzu citrus soy sauce (1 tablespoon)
- 20 g of sour cream
- Parsley
- A pinch of pepper
Preparation
- Hard-boil the eggs (6 minutes), and peel the cooled down eggs.
- Mix the egg yolks with the chopped boneless mackerel.
- Add cream and Ponzu sauce and mix it. Put the stuffing into a confectionery bag and fill it with egg whites.
- Garnish with parsley and sprinkle it with pepper.
