Potato starch
Oil for frying

For the spring onion sauce:

2 
spring onions, cut into thin strips
10 g
grated ginger
45 ml
white balsamic vinegar
30 ml
sesame oil

Preparation

Step 1

Season the chicken with 1 tbsp. naturally brewed soy sauce and leave to rest for 15 minutes. Then dab it dry and dip it in the potato flour. Heat up the oil to approx. 160-170°C and fry the chicken until it is crispy.

Step 2

Put all the ingredients for the spring onion sauce in a bowl and mix well. Cut the cooked chicken into slices and pour the spring onion sauce on top.

Tip:

This dish tastes delicious with mashed potatoes or salad.
