
Crispy Chicken Drumsticks with Spring Onion Sauce

Ingredients for 4 portion(s)
- 4 chicken drumsticks without bones
- 1 tbsp. Kikkoman naturally brewed soy sauce
- Potato starch
- Oil for frying
For the spring onion sauce
- 2 spring onions, cut into thin strips
- 10 g grated ginger
- 6 tbsp. Kikkoman naturally brewed soy sauce
- 45 ml white balsamic vinegar
- 30 ml sesame oil
Preparation
Season the chicken with 1 tbsp. naturally brewed soy sauce and leave to rest for 15 minutes. Then dab it dry and dip it in the potato flour. Heat up the oil to approx. 160-170°C and fry the chicken until it is crispy.
Put all the ingredients for the spring onion sauce in a bowl and mix well. Cut the cooked chicken into slices and pour the spring onion sauce on top.
Tip! This dish tastes delicious with mashed potatoes or salad.
