Place the cod in a shallow dish, add 2 tsp of Ponzu Orange Sauce and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Trim and cut the tomatoes into quarters. Peel and slice the onions.
Put the beans into a saucepan, add the peeled and halved garlic cloves, the thyme and the bay leaf. Cover with water, cook at a medium heat for 40 min.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions and cook for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes, turn and cook at medium heat for 20 minutes. Add the beans, 2 tsp. of Ponzu Orange Sauce and cook for 40 minutes.
When the beans are cooked, steam the cod for 7-8 minutes.
Place the beans and sauce into a deep plate and top with the cod.
