Chicken Drumsticks with Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
Ingredients for 4 portions
- 4 x 150 g chicken drumsticks (or breast) without bones
- a little plain flour
- 40 ml water (or chicken stock)
- 4 tbsp. Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade & sauce
Coat the chicken in flour. Heat up oil in a frying pan and sauté the chicken on both sides at medium heat. Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm. Pour off the surplus fat, then add the water (or stock) and bring to the boil.
Pour the Teriyaki marinade & sauce over the meat and - swivelling the pan - continue frying until the meat is cooked. Serve the chicken with the side dish of your choice (e.g. salad, vegetables, rice or potatoes).
