Peel the onions and garlic; dice the onions and crush the garlic. Heat up the oil, add the minced meat and fry. Add the onions and garlic and sauté them. Then add the tomato puree, sieved tomatoes and stock, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for approx. 10-15 minutes. Spice up the sauce with sugar, Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce, herbs and pepper, and serve with spaghetti.
