Berry and Sweet Soy Sauce
Sort the berries, remove any stems or leaves, wash and dab dry. Peel and finely chop the shallots. Heat up the oil in a pan and fry the shallots for 1-2 minutes. Add the berries and wine. Simmer for approx. 30 minutes, crushing the berries with the assistance of a spoon as they cook.
Add the Sauce for Rice (Sucrée) and the butter and stir them into the berry sauce. Serve with grilled meat (e.g. duck, beef, game).
