
Beef with leek and cashew nuts - gluten-free
Ingredients for 4 portions
- 200 g Basmati rice
- salt
- 3 leeks
- 1-2 red jalapno chillies
- 50 g cashew nuts
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- beef
- 4 tbsp. Kikkoman naturally brewed Tamari gluten-free soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. chopped chives
Preparation
Cook the basmati rice in boiling salted water. Wash the leeks, deseed the peppers and cut both into fine rings. Dry roast the cashew nuts in a wok or frying pan and place aside. Heat the oil in the wok and brown the meat. Add the leek and peppers, cook for approx. 10 minutes and season with Tamari gluten-free soy sauce. Stir in the cashew nuts. Serve the meat on a bed of rice and sprinkle with the chopped chives.
