Wash the sweet potatoes and cut into thin slices. Brush with Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce and leave to rest for approx. 30 minutes.
Whisk the eggs. Dab the sweet potato slices dry. Dip them in the flour first, then in the egg and lastly in panko flour.
Deep fry the sweet potato teriyaki chips until crispy. Serve with a strawberry and edamame garnish if you like.
