A dry cake, which is perfect as an addition to the main course or as a separate dish. After baking it, it can be served to guests immediately. It also tastes delicious when it is cut into slices and fried in a pan.

Preparation

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cook them. Then add the butter, ponzu and mash it up. Let it cool down a little.

Step 2

Dice the bacon and onion, chop the garlic and fry it all in a pan until golden brown. Stir in the potatoes. Add raw eggs and mix it all.

Step 3

Brush the pan with butter, sprinkle it with flour and put the mixture into it.

Step 4

Bake it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 60-80 minutes.

Step 5

Serve it with cream and fresh parsley or chives.
