Potato pie with bacon
A dry cake, which is perfect as an addition to the main course or as a separate dish. After baking it, it can be served to guests immediately. It also tastes delicious when it is cut into slices and fried in a pan.
Peel the potatoes and cook them. Then add the butter, ponzu and mash it up. Let it cool down a little.
Dice the bacon and onion, chop the garlic and fry it all in a pan until golden brown. Stir in the potatoes. Add raw eggs and mix it all.
Brush the pan with butter, sprinkle it with flour and put the mixture into it.
Bake it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 60-80 minutes.
Serve it with cream and fresh parsley or chives.
