Hot stew of prawns
Peel the prawns, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to them, mix and leave them in the refrigerator for approx. 20 minutes.
In the meantime, finely chop the onion, garlic and ginger, cut the leek into slices and fry them together in a pot with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. When they are lightly browned, add 850 ml of stock.
Cut the pointed peppers into slices, add them to the pot and cook. Also add the passata, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, coconut milk, turmeric, lemon juice and thinly sliced chili. Cook it until the peppers are tender.
In 150 ml of broth, thoroughly mix the wheat flour, add to the soup and until it boils. Cook for a few minutes (the whole thing should thicken a bit).
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and butter in a frying pan. Fry the prawns on both sides.
Pour the stew into plates, decorate it with the prawns and chopped chives.
