Preparation

Step 1

Peel the prawns, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to them, mix and leave them in the refrigerator for approx. 20 minutes.

Step 2

In the meantime, finely chop the onion, garlic and ginger, cut the leek into slices and fry them together in a pot with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. When they are lightly browned, add 850 ml of stock.

Step 3

Cut the pointed peppers into slices, add them to the pot and cook. Also add the passata, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, coconut milk, turmeric, lemon juice and thinly sliced ​​chili. Cook it until the peppers are tender.

Step 4

In 150 ml of broth, thoroughly mix the wheat flour, add to the soup and until it boils. Cook for a few minutes (the whole thing should thicken a bit).

Step 5

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and butter in a frying pan. Fry the prawns on both sides.

Step 6

Pour the stew into plates, decorate it with the prawns and chopped chives.
