Preparation

Step 1

4 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce with Toasted Sesame1 tbsp honey – 4  chicken breasts

In a large bowl, combine Kikkoman teriyaki toasted sesame sauce and honey. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are fully coated with the mixture. Cover and let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.

Step 2

Olive oil – Marinated chicken breasts – Mini bell peppers

Heat a lug of olive oil on a grill pan or grill on medium-high heat. Lay chicken breasts in a single layer (working in batches). Grill for 6-8 minutes each side. Set aside.

Add more olive oil to the pan and add the mini bell peppers in a single layer. Flip them over occasionally until they look slightly charred.

Step 3

Grilled chicken – 1  big head Romaine lettuce (or 2 small)

Chop the lettuce. 
Slice chicken breasts across the grain.

Step 4

Chopped lettuce – Grilled bell peppers – 4 tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce with Toasted Sesame – Toasted peanuts, fresh cilantro, chopped red chili, sesame seeds, radish sprouts, to garnish (optional) – Glass noodles, to serve (optional)

In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, grilled chicken and bell peppers, drizzle with Kikkoman teriyaki toasted sesame sauce. Garnish with toasted peanuts, fresh cilantro, chopped red chili, sesame seeds, and radish sprouts (optional). Serve with glass noodles (optional).
