Preparation
Step 1
Hard-boil the eggs (6 minutes), and peel the cooled down eggs.
Step 2
Mix the egg yolks with the chopped boneless mackerel.
Step 3
Add cream and Ponzu sauce and mix it. Put the stuffing into a confectionery bag and fill it with egg whites.
Step 4
Garnish with parsley and sprinkle it with pepper.
