Preparation
Step 1
Boil the potatoes and let them cool down.
Step 2
Grate the boiled eggs and potatoes (coarse mesh). Add Ponzu, raw egg and flour. Mix thoroughly. Form small balls, gently flatten them. Optional: roll in breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Fry them in a hot skillet in olive oil on both sides.
Step 4
Serve with slices of smoked salmon and cucumber, sprinkled with sprouts.
