Dip of grilled aubergines with garlic
Grill the whole aubergines and garlic cloves - or roast them in the oven. Set aside to cool down and then peel both.
Chop aubergines into small pieces and blend along with garlic in food processor. Season with Kikkoman Soy Sauce and Ponzu, olive oil, herbs and spices of choice.
