Coconut & Peach Soup with fruit skewers
Deliciously refreshing summer fruit soup made with aromatic peaches, peach nectar, coconut milk, Kikkoman Soy Sauce and lemon juice, served ice cold. Garnished with colourful peach raspberry skewers.
Peaches: skin, halve, remove the stones and cut the peaches into cubes.
Puree half of the peaches with nectar and coconut milk and season to taste with Kikkoman Soy Sauce, lemon juice and sugar.
Add half of the peach cubes to the soup and arrange the rest on skewers with the raspberries.
Divide the soup between bowls, garnish with coconut flakes and the skewers and serve.
Serve with vanilla ice cream as topping.
Use vanilla sugar instead of regular sugar.
