Best of Berry Soup
Deliciously refreshing soup of fresh berries combined with cherry juice and Kikkoman Ponzu lemon, garnished with pistachio sour cream.
Puree 150 g berries with cherry juice and 1 tsp sugar and season with Kikkoman Ponzu Lemon. Add the remaining berries.
Mix the sour cream with the remaining sugar and pistachios.
Arrange the soup, garnish with the pistachio sour cream, drizzle with Kikkoman Ponzu Lemon to taste and serve.
Garnish with roasted cashews.
Instead of sugar, use bourbon vanilla sugar or refine with vanilla pulp.
For a vegan version, replace the sour cream with a vegan alternative.
