Fried Noodles and Rice with Yakisoba Sauce

Ingredients for 10 portions

Per portion: 1789 kJ / 427 kcal

  • 250 g spaghetti                 
  • 250 g rice                
  • 200 g oxheart cabbage                
  • 1 yellow and 1 red pepper
  • ½ a bunch of spring onions
  • 80 ml vegetable oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 100 g bacon           
  • 200 ml Kikkoman Yakisoba Sauce      
  • 10 eggs                               
  • Chopped parsley

Preparation

Preparation time: 45 mins

Cook the spaghetti and rice according to the pack instructions and drain. Cut the spaghetti into 2-3 cm long pieces. Trim and wash the cabbage. Halve, trim and wash the peppers, then chop the cabbage and the peppers coarsely. Trim and wash the spring onions, then cut them into approx. 5 mm rings.

Fry the vegetables in 1 tbsp. hot oil, season with salt and pepper and place aside. Fry the bacon in the same pan with another1 tbsp. oil, add the spaghetti and rice and continue cooking. Add the Yakisoba Sauce and stir in the vegetables.

Break the eggs one by one into the pan and fry them in the remaining hot oil. Arrange the noodles and rice on plates and serve with fried eggs and a sprinkle of parsley.
