The name of this sauce tells us a lot about its qualities. It adds a beautiful glaze to meat and vegetables. Teriyaki is a Japanese word made up of two syllables with the following meanings: teri = glaze or shine and yaki = to grill or marinate.
This sauce is perfect for marinating barbecued foods or for enhancing the flavour of all fried and grilled meats. Teriyaki Marinade is produced on the basis of our classic Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce from the four pure ingredients: soybeans, wheat, water and salt, which is where it derives its unique savoury flavour from.

Marinate your barbecue foods in Teriyaki sauce for half an hour and you won’t need to add any additional seasoning. If you want to achieve a more intense flavour, simply brush the foods with a little of the sauce as you grill them on the barbecue.
