Teriyaki Ginger Sauce

Kikkoman Teriyaki Ginger Sauce is a versatile seasoning and marinade based on the Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce.  It combines the umami savouriness of the soy sauce with the sweet-spiciness of the ginger root to create a good balance of flavours.

Marinade and seasoning

Kikkoman Teriyaki Ginger Sauce is ideal as a marinade for meat, poultry, seafood or vegetables. Simply brush the sauce onto the food or leave to marinate for a few minutes before you barbecue, fry or roast it. Kikkoman Teriyaki Ginger Sauce can be used to add authentic flavour to Japanese dishes or to spice up soups, stews and other recipes. It also makes a great seasoning for salad dressings and dips.
