Sauce for Rice / Sauce Soja Sucrée

Our Sauce for Rice / Sauce Soja Sucrée adds a unique sweet-savoury flavour to all kinds of dishes, from meat and vegetables to soups and salads. It is perfect for the caramelisation of vegetables or nuts and it adds a special flavour nuance to Sunday roasts because just a few spoonfuls produce a beautifully crispy and incredibly delicious result. Sauce for Rice / Sucrée even enriches the flavour of desserts such as chocolate mousse. This type of soy sauce is especially recommended for spicy or exotic dishes. It replaces a pinch of sugar.

It is produced on the basis of our classic sauce, Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce, which is made from the four pure ingredients of soybeans, wheat, water and salt. Further carefully selected ingredients give Kikkoman Sauce for Rice / Sucrée its distinctive sweet-savoury flavour.
