It’s actually easier than you might think to create quick, simple and fabulous-tasting vegan recipes that are packed full of nutrients! Most of the time you don’t need many ingredients and the meals are incredibly easy to prep. To add full-bodied flavour to the final result simply add a splash of Kikkoman’s animal product-free soy sauces.
Three of the sauces in the Kikkoman range are licensed to carry the famous V-Label: Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce, Naturally Brewed Less Salt Soy Sauce and Tamari Gluten-free Soy Sauce. They are completely vegan, rich in umami and they add an appetizing and harmonious flavour to all kinds of foods – including vegan dishes. And that’s not all. They’re also a great substitute for salt!

Bruschetta: a vegan take on the classic Italian dish with EDAMAME

Fresh, crisp-baked baguette brushed with extra virgin olive oil is every Italian antipasti lover’s dream come true. Add Kikkoman’s two simple vegan toppings made from edamame and semi-dried tomatoes and your vegan starter or snack is ready to serve.
A vegetable feast of broccoli, cauliflower and pumpkin – with a vegan béchamel sauce

Vegan foods are often crisp, fresh and colourful – just like Kikkoman’s vegan vegetable gratin. It’s a symphony of green broccoli, white cauliflower florets and bright orange pumpkin. Topped with a soy sauce crumble and a vegan béchamel sauce, it’s a genuine vegan gourmet feast.
Dairy-free edamame, sweetcorn and tofu galettes – with a sweet tamari sauce

These French pancakes are a delicacy that you can top or fill with all kinds of treats. Unlike the classic galette batter, which is prepared with milk, the batter for Kikkoman’s vegan galette recipe is completely dairy-free. The pancake ingredients are edamame, sweetcorn and tofu, served with a fabulously flavourful tamari sauce. Bon appétit!
Vegan sweet potato steaks with vegetable sticks and a delicious avocado cream

This is the perfect recipe for you if you want to surprise family or friends with a juicy vegan steak. Simply fry a thick slice of sweet potato until it turns golden-brown, caramelise it with Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce and apple juice, and serve with avocado cream and a vegetable side. It’s utterly delectable!
Tasty plant-based pilaf: the perfect combination of rice and colourful vegetables

This vegan pilaf contains all kinds of colourful fresh vegetables, looks great and tastes amazing. Originally an oriental rice dish, this pilaf is completely vegan and packs a real flavour punch. Red bell peppers, mushrooms, aubergine, yellow and green courgettes and cherry tomatoes make a multi-coloured statement and Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce rounds off the flavour. A marriage made in heaven!
