Tuna and vegetables bowl

Ingredients for 4 portions

Preparation time: 20 mins

Clean and slide the vegetables. Cut the tuna in 1 cm-cubes. Heat 1 t s sesame oil in a pan. Add the tuna, cook those 3 minutes, turning constantly. Remove from the heat, add with half of the sesame seeds and turn.

Pour the rice into a salad bowl, add the seasoning for sushi, mix and put in 4 bowls. Place the vegetables and the tuna above. Grate the lemon zest and add the remaining sesame seeds.

Beat the Poke sauce with 4 t s olive oil and the remaining sesame oil and the lemon juice. Serve the salad with this sauce.
