Teriyaki salmon with Ponzu marinated spring onions

Cut salmon filets in large cubes, and cover with Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce. Cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes. After marinating put the salmon cubes on skewers.
Clean the spring onions, and cut in thin, long strips. Mix Kikkoman Ponzu Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce, rice vinegar and oil for a marinade, and mix with the spring onions. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix mayonnaise with wasabi and Kikkoman Ponzu Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce to taste.
Grill the salmon skewers on a hot grill for 1-2 minutes on each side. Serve with Ponzu marinated spring onions, wasabi mayo and delicious bread.
