Preparation time: 20 mins

Mix all the omelette ingredients together in a bowl and fry in a square omelette pan. Then cut the omelette into approx. 8 mm thick slices.

Divide the sushi rice into 10 equal portions. Form each portion into a cylinder shape, place the omelette slice on top and bind together with the nori strip.
