Sheep’s cheese and bell pepper parcels

Cut the sheep’s cheese into 4 pieces. Halve the peppers, then clean, wash and cut them into large pieces. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Arrange the peppers and cherry tomatoes on the greaseproof paper, place the sheep’s cheese and herb sprigs on top of it and drizzle with Stir-fry sauce.
Sprinkle the capers on top, close the parcels and cook in a pre-heated oven at 200 ℃ (gas mark 4, convection oven 180 ℃) for approx. 20 minutes. Serve with flat bread if desired.
