Roasted duck breasts with apples

Ingredients for 4 portions

Per portion: 812 kJ / 194 kcal


Preparation time: 30 mins

Make some cuts on the fat part of the duck breasts. Heat a cooker at high temperature, add the duck on the skin side. Cook during 10 minutes. Remove them for the cooker and remove the fat juice. Pour 3 ts of Orange Ponzu sauce, let it boil again, add the duck breasts on the other side and cook 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool 3 minutes.

Peel the apples and cut them in 8 quarters. Pour 2 t s of Orange Ponzu sauce in a large pan and heat it at high temperature for 2 minutes. Add the apples and make them brown 2 to 3 minutes per side. Add the pine nuts, turn and remove from the heat.

Remove the duck from the cooker, slice the breasts and dress them on plates. Boil the cooking juice and pour it on the duck. Put the apples beside, pour the cooking juice and add the pine nuts. Add some pepper and serve.
