Quinoa and shrimp bowl

Ingredients for 4 portions

Per portion: 1754 kJ / 419 kcal

  • 250 g fine beans
  • 150 g green peas
  • 100 g cauliflower
  • 200 g cooked quinoa
  • 200 cooked shrimps
  • 2 red endives
  • Some corn salad leaves
  • ½ bunch of chive
  • 5 sprigs of parsley
  • 5 t s sesame oil
  • 5 t s Kikkoman Poke sauce

Preparation

Preparation time: 25 mins

Trim the beans and the peas, pour them into boiling salty water 2 minutes. Drain and keep them apart. Shell the shrimps. Clean the salads. Put the quinoa into a salad bowl, add the sliced chive and parsley and 1 t s of sesame oil. Mix and put in 4 bowls, add the vegetables and the shrimps.

Beat the Poke sauce with the remaining sesame oil, serve with the salad.
