Ponzu Chicken with Sautéed Pepper

Ingredients for 4 portions

Preparation time: 30 mins

Cut the chicken breasts into strips and halve the peppers. Remove the seeds and pith and cut the flesh into 1/2 cm strips. Peel and slice the onions.

Heat the oil in a wok or a pan. Add the grated ginger and the onions. Stir fry for 2 min., then add 2 tbsp. Orange Ponzu Sauce and the peppers and continue stir frying at high heat for 2 min. Add the chicken, stir fry at high heat for 6-7 min. Pour in the remaining Orange Ponzu Sauce. Continue cooking for another 2 min. and remove from the heat.

Serve with basmati rice and chopped chives.
