Ponzu chicken strips and pepper sautéed

Ingredients for 4 portions

Per portion: 1343 kJ / 321 kcal

  • 2 chicken breasts without skin
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 250 g onions
  • 20 g fresh ginger
  • Ground pepper
  • 1 ts olive oil
  • 4 ts Kikkoman Orange Ponzu sauce 
  • 200 g cooked basmati rice
  • ½ bunch of chive





Preparation time: 30 mins

Cut the chicken breasts in strips, the peppers in two. Remove the seeds and cut the pulp in 1/2 cm strips. Trim and slice the onions.

Heat the oil in a wok or a pan. Add the grated ginger and the onions. Turn and cook 2 min, add 2 table spoons of Orange Ponzu sauce, the peppers and turn 2 min at high heat. Add the chicken, turn at high hear for 6-7 min. Pour the remaining Orange Ponzu sauce. Cook for 2 min and remove from the heat.

Dress in a plate with basmati rice with chive cut.
