Nectarine and Mango Salad

Ingredients for 4 portions

Per portion: 605 kJ / 144 kcal

  • 2 nectarines
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 2 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 4-6 tbsp. Kikkoman naturally brewed soy sauce / less salt soy sauce
  • 1/2 -1 tsp. red curry paste
  • 3-4 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
  • 2-4 tbsp. fresh-pressed orange juice
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup (or honey)
  • mixed, roughly ground pepper


Preparation time: 30 mins

Wash, halve and de-stone the nectarines. Peel the mango, remove the flesh in wedges and chop it into cubes. Remove the leaves from the lettuce, wash them, trim them and cut them into strips. Wash, trim and slice the celery.

Combine the sesame seed oil, Kikkoman naturally brewed soy sauce/ less salt soy sauce, curry paste, vinegar, orange juice and syrup (or honey). Season with pepper.

Add the dressing to the salad, toss the ingredients and arrange on plates. Garnish with flat leaf parsley if you like.
