King Prawns in Spicy Soy Sauce

Ingredients for 4 portions

Per portion: 972 kJ / 232 kcal

  • 20 king prawns in the shell
  • oil
  • ½ bunch of coriander
  • ½ bunch of chives
  • ground black pepper

For the spicy soy sauce


Preparation time: 30 mins

Put all the ingredients for the spicy soy sauce in a bowl and mix well. Then halve the prawns lengthways in their shell. Heat up the oil in a pan and fry the prawns shell side down.

Use a spatula to turn the prawns over and fry the other side. Add the spicy soy sauce and swivel the pan until it has reduced slightly. Then arrange the prawns on a plate and pour the sauce over them out of the pan. Garnish with coriander and chives and season with pepper.
