Ciabatta with creamed tuna and capers

Ingredients for 4 portions

Per portion: 1527 kJ / 365 kcal

  • 1 ciabatta (approx. 200 g)
  • 1 tin of tuna in its own juices (= 185 ml)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 tbsp. small capers
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp. Kikkoman naturally brewed soy sauce
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 50 g rocket salad


Preparation time: 25 mins

Halve the ciabatta, then halve again to create four sections. Drain the tuna. Wash 4 cherry tomatoes and dice them with the dried tomatoes. Quarter the remaining cherry tomatoes.

Mix together the cream cheese, tuna, fresh and dried tomatoes and capers, then season with soy sauce and pepper.

Wash the rocket leaves and tear them into bite-sized pieces, arrange them on the ciabatta with the quartered cherry tomatoes and serve.
