Pineapple and strawberry with caramel soya

Ingredients for 4 portions

Per portion: 573 kJ / 137 kcal

  • 500 g pineapple
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Kikkoman sucrée soy sauce
  • 1 orange (for zest and juice)
  • 1 tbsp of flower honey
  • 2 pinches of four spices
  • sprigs of burnet or mint


Preparation time: 20 mins

Peel the pineapple, cut into 1 cm slices and each slice into 4 fans. Wash and hull the strawberries, cut in half.

Prepare the syrup: pour in a pan, sucrée soy sauce, honey, grate above the orange zest, then press and pour 1 dl juice, bring to a boil and cook until the liquid becomes syrupy, then put the pineapple fans in the pan, cook 5 minutes, turning often.

Spread the pineapple fans into bowls, place the strawberries on top, cover the cooking syrup, sprinkle with burnet or mint and serve immediately.
