Vegetables with balsamic dressing

For balsamic dressing:

Preparation

Chop yellow peppers and baby corn into bite-size pieces. Stir fry all vegetables in olive oil and put on a deeper plate.

Pour the Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Tamari Gluten-Free Soy Sauce and reduced balsamic vinegar in the mixer and add the olive oil slowly.

Sprinkle vegetables with the dressing, garnish with fresh herbs of choice and serve hot.
