Peel the garlic and onions, trim and peel the mushrooms, remove the tops and peel the carrots, then chop them all the vegetables finely. Fry the garlic in 1 tbsp. hot oil. Add the vegetables and continue cooking. When everything is cooked, remove from the heat and place aside.
Fry the beef in the same pan with the remaining oil and dust it with curry powder. Combine the vegetables with the meat, chicken stock and Yakisoba Sauce and simmer briefly to reduce.
Cook the penne according to the pack instructions. Serve with Yakisoba Curry Sauce garnished with parmesan and parsley.
