Preparation time: 20 mins
Whisk the eggs. Dip the cheese in flour first, then in the whisked egg. Repeat and then coat with panko flour.
Deep fry the coated cheeses in the oil at approx. 170°C until golden brown and drain on kitchen roll.
Wash and halve the tomatoes. Trim and wash the lettuce leaves, then place the tomatoes and cheese on top. Serve with Tonkatsu Sauce.
