Preparation time: 35 mins
Dab the pork fillet dry and cut into strips. Wash the beans and cook for approx. 15 minutes in water. Peel the apples, core and quarter them, then cut them into wedges. Peel the onions and cut them into rings. Wash the courgette, halve it lengthways and cut into slices.
Heat up the butter in a pan, add the apple pieces, sauté briefly, sprinkle icing sugar on top, cook until slightly caramelised and then remove the apple pieces. Heat up the oil in the remaining butter, add the fillet, sauté and remove. Then fry the onions in the same pan. Add the beans and courgette and sauté. Add the apple and fillet and stir everything together, heat up briefly and season with Sauce for rice, savory and pepper.
Tip: Serve with fresh baguette.
