Teriyaki marinade & sauce
The name of this sauce tells us a lot about its qualities. It adds a beautiful glaze to meat and vegetables. Teriyaki is a Japanese word made up of two syllables with the following meanings: teri = glaze or shine and yaki = to grill or marinate.
This sauce is perfect for marinating barbecued foods or for enhancing the flavour of all fried and grilled meats. Teriyaki marinade & sauce is produced on the basis of our classic naturally brewed soy sauce from the four pure ingredients: soy beans, wheat, water and salt, which is where it derives its unique savoury flavour from.

The perfect ready-made marinade
Marinate your barbecue foods in Teriyaki sauce for half an hour and you won’t need to add any additional seasoning. If you want to achieve a more intense flavour, simply brush the foods with a little of the sauce as you grill them on the barbecue.
