Powdered soy sauce
Kikkoman also offers a spray-dried soy sauce that satisfies industrial food production standards. Various powder concentrates are spray dried using maltodextrin. Powdered soy sauce is the ideal base for dry bouillons, soups, sauces and marinades. It is available in 25 kg containers with up to 400 kg per pallet and various nitrogen content. The natural brewing method does not trigger any 3-MCPD chemical reaction. All products are manufactured in Europe in accordance with ISO 9001, HACCP and in conformity with EU Directives.
