Tomato Teriyaki Salsa*
Wash, dab dry and finely cut the coriander leaves. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem and dice. Chop the chillies finely (remove the cores for a less intensive flavour). Peel and finely chop the onion.
Heat up the oil in a pan and sauté the chilli and onion. Then add the Teriyaki Marinade and diced tomatoes. Simmer everything briefly until the tomatoes are soft and adjust the flavour with sugar. Stir in the coriander shortly before serving.
The salsa tastes fantastic with fried meat, fish or pasta.

- > 1/2 bunch coriander
- > 4 tomatoes
- > 1 green chilli (optional)
- > 1 red onion
- > 2 tbsp. olive oil
- > 6 tbsp. Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade
- > 1 tbsp. sugar
