Raw marinated green vegetables
Mix together Kikkoman soy sauce, oil, ginger and lime juice. Break off the bottom of the slightly woody end of the asparagus. Cut the asparagus into diagonal slices. Halve the sugar snap peas lengthways. Top and tail the beans. Turn the vegetables around in the marinade and allow them to soak for a while before serving.
Serve vegetables with good grilled beef, chicken or fish.

- > 4 tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
- > 2 tbsp. oil
- > 1 tsp. ground ginger
- > 2 tbsp. lime juice
- > 1 bunch asparagus
- > 125 g sugar snap peas
- > 125 g fine green beans
