Ratatouille
Cut the onion, courgette, aubergine and tomatoes into chunks. Sauté in hot olive oil with the garlic. Add the Teriyaki marinade and tomato juice and bring to the boil. Season with salt, oregano and chilli powder to taste. Serve with rice.
Ingredients for 4 portions:
- > 1 onion
- > 1 courgette
- > 1 aubergine
- > 2 large tomatoes
- > 1 garlic clove, crushed
- > 4 tbsp. olive oil
- > 6–7 tbsp. Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade
- > 200 ml tomato juice
- > salt
- > oregano
- > chili powder
This recipe goes also well with Kikkoman Sukiyaki stir-fry sauce.
