Savoury Steak and Banana Rolls*

Carefully flatten the steaks between two layers of cling film. Brush Wok Sauce on to the meat and season with freshly ground pepper. Then peel the banana, quarter it lengthways and place it on the centre of the flat steak. Wash the leeks and cut into small pieces, then place on top of the meat with the banana. Brush lime juice and honey over everything and sprinkle with coconut flakes.

Roll up the meat around the banana and secure with a toothpick. Turn over frequently and keep brushing the rolls with Wok Sauce while they're cooking on the barbecue.

Tip! Serve with crispy flatbread.
