Teriyaki Duck

Marinate the duck meat for approx. 20 minutes in Teriyaki Marinade. Fry briefly in the fat at a very high temperature on both sides and then roast in the oven at 180°C for approximately 7 minutes. While the meat is roasting, mix the meat juices with orange juice and teriyaki sauce, add sugar and mustard, and reduce. Clean and wash the vegetables, then cut them into fine strips. Arrange the teriyaki duck decoratively on a plate, cover with orange sauce and garnish with vegetable strips.

Tip:
This dish is perfect on its own as a starter or as a main course served with potatoes or rice.

  • > 500 g duck, cut into strips
  • 5 tbsp. Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade
  • > Fat for frying
  • > 200 ml orange juice
  • > 20 g sugar
  • > 20 g mustard
  • > 20 g each of radish, carrots, celery and cucumber
