Salmon Temakis (hand rolled sushi)
Cut the nori leaves into 15 x 10 cm rectangles. Spread the sushi rice over the left half of the nori rectangle (about 4 cm wide). Press a groove into the rice for the filling and spread it with wasabi. Cut the salmon fillets into fingers and coat in flour. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fingers of salmon. Then add a small amount of Sukiyaki stir-fry sauce to the pan and season. Lay the salmon and the other filling ingredients in the rice groove and carefully roll the nori leaf into a ball, starting in one corner.

- > 12 chives
- > 6 x 15 g salmon fillet

- > 3 tsp. Teriyaki marinade
