Pork Chops à la Teriyaki
Marinate the pork chops with Teriyaki marinade in a covered bowl for about 3 hours in the fridge. Pat off excess marinade, brush with oil and cook on a barbecue, under a grill or in a frying pan on each side for about 8 minutes. Add pepper to taste.
