Colourful Vegetable Kebabs

Divide the broccoli into florets and blanch briefly in boiling water. Peel and quarter the onions, wash the carrots, peel and cut into matchsticks. Clean the mushrooms and dice the tofu. Thread all ingredients in a colourful mixture onto eight wooden skewers. Mix the sherry, Teriyaki marinade, ginger, mixed spice, salt and honey together well. Place the kebabs in a large flat dish, pour over the marinade and marinate for 1 hour. Turn the kebabs from time to time. Grill or barbecue the vegetable kebabs for about 10 minutes. Place the kebabs on a plate and garnish with parsley.

  • > 16 small fresh white mushrooms
  • > 250 g tofu
  • > 5 tbsp. dry sherry
  • 10 tbsp. Kikkoman Teriyaki marinade
  • > 1 tsp. ginger powder
  • > 1 tsp. five-spice powder
  • > 3 tbsp. honey
