Kikkoman is celebrating the Asian New Year and wishes everyone a "Happy New Spring"
In 2010, New Year falls on 14 February. That's the day when Asian citizens around the world will be welcoming in the "Year of the Tiger". The celebration is all about leaving the old year behind and welcoming the new one, forgetting pain and disappointment and attracting prosperity and happiness. Asian New Year is a time of great happiness and joy, full of firecrackers and rockets, music and parades. And, of course, an extended festive meal, because festive occasions just aren't the same without all those culinary delicacies. Kikkoman has asked gourmet chef, Claudia Schröter, to create a range of new recipes for the New Year celebrations.
