Stir-fry sauce

Tip! For a fast and simple wok-cooked meal, simply cut a few seasonal vegetables such as peppers, carrots, mushrooms, courgettes or cabbage into bite sized pieces and sauté them briefly in the wok. Splash on some Stir-fry sauce and you’ve got a delicious vegetarian meal!

If you like, you can also add cooked rice or chicken pieces. Adapt the Asian food experience to your personal preferences with a sprinkling of chilli, ginger, lemongrass, a few peanuts or a dash of coconut milk.
